CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Appointment Cancellation:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
    • Late cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  2. No-Show Policy:

    • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the missed service.
    • Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
  3. Late Arrivals:

    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate time for your service.
    • A late arrival fee may be applied, and the appointment duration may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
  4. Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Late rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation, and the same fees will apply.
  5. Prepaid Services:

    • Refunds for prepaid services are only available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • For package deals, the same 24-hour notice applies to each individual session.
  6. Emergency Cancellations:

    • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.
