Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At at1.AESTHETICS, every appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Our policies are designed to protect both our clients’ experience and the time dedicated to each treatment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please note that selected treatments may have custom deposit requirements.

Appointments are only confirmed once your deposit has been received. Until payment is made, your allocated appointment time may be released and offered to another client.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time.

We kindly ask that any changes are made with as much notice as possible to allow us to offer the appointment to another client.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes made within 72 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of the booking deposit and/or additional charges being applied in line with our booking policy.

For prepaid treatments or treatment packages, the same notice period applies to each individual session.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the appointment value may be charged. Selected services may have custom no-show fee policies in place.

Late Arrivals

We understand delays can occasionally happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

Late arrival fees may apply where appropriate.

Emergency Cancellations

We appreciate that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Situations of this nature will always be handled with care and consideration on a case-by-case basis.
