Black Friday Offers – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or booking any Black Friday offer from at1.AESTHETICS, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Black Friday offers are available for a limited time only and are subject to availability based on a first come, first served basis.

• Offers apply only to purchases or bookings made during the promotional period stated above.

2. Payments & Bookings

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure any Black Friday offer.

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Treatments or packages purchased as part of the promotion must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated. HIFU (2) Courses within 18 month. HIFU FFN within 12months. 

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

• All Black Friday purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on discounted or promotional treatments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Standard cancellation policies apply to all booked appointments.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Failure to provide adequate notice or attend an appointment will result in the treatment being forfeited without refund or reschedule.

5. Treatment Suitability

• All treatments are subject to an initial consultation to ensure suitability.

• If a treatment is deemed unsuitable for medical or other reasons, an alternative of equal value may be offered at the discretion of at1.AESTHETICS.

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical history and health information prior to treatment.

6. Offer Exclusions

• Black Friday offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or vouchers.

• Gift vouchers, memberships, and existing treatment courses are excluded unless otherwise stated.

7. Right to Amend

• at1.AESTHETICS reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Liability

• at1.AESTHETICS accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of treatments or failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice.

Clinic Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel appointments. Failure to do so or missing an appointment results in the forfeiture of any previously paid deposit. Cancellations or missed appointments for package and course bookings outside the designated notice period will also be forfeited.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to completed paid bookings. In case of missed or untimely cancellations, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for treatments, but concerns are taken seriously. Unopened, full-priced product returns may be eligible for a refund; opened products and discounted items are non-refundable. Partially utilised paid packages are not eligible for refunds but can be applied to other treatments or products. Treatments or courses paid for will not be refunded due to Covid-19 but will be honored.

Gift Vouchers: Valid for 12 months from purchase, our gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or eligible for refunds. They may be redeemed for any treatment or product.

Lateness: We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if a client is more than 15 minutes late without notice. In such cases, the deposit paid will be forfeited, or for package bookings, the booked treatment session may be forfeited.

Client Consultations: Prior to any appointment, clients must complete consultation and consent forms. These forms, sent electronically for convenience, adhere strictly to GDPR guidelines and are confidential.

Age Restrictions: Services are available only to individuals over 18 unless otherwise specified. For treatments booked for individuals under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

Pricing, Offers, and Promotions: We retain the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. Offers and promotions are available for a limited time as advertised and can be purchased during the promotional period for later redemption.
